Additionally, we have Carer Slips to complete in our reception area and there will also be a volunteer from Bedfordshire Carer's attending the Surgery monthly. They will have an information stand in the waiting room and can offer assistance such as practical help, details of support groups, befriending services and give information and support.

Memory Navigation Service
Memory Navigation Service is a Bedfordshire-wide telephone service for people who are worried about their memory, those living with dementia and carers. It can be used to find information about services and to book any available support programmes.
The telephone service is staffed by specially trained volunteers working with trained staff, with clinical input by a Dementia Nurse
Specialist from East London Foundation Trust.
