Nursing Team 

Tracey Stewart 
Tracey is our Senior Nurse Practitioner / Prescriber. She specialises in minor illness, asthma and contraception. This means that all your contraceptive needs are met within the Surgery. 
Amanda Townend 
Amanda Is a Nurse Practitioner / Prescriber. She specialises in Minor Illness, Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, she is also the Practice Lead for the Frail & Elderly. 
Janet Giltrow 
Jan is one of Practice Nurses. She specialises in wound care and infection control. She is also currently enhancing her skill base to Diabetes.  
Sue Warboys 
Sue is one of our Practice Nurses. She spcilaises in Heart / Stroke and minor illnesses. 
Ellie Lyon 
Ellie is one of our Practice Nurses. She specialises in asthma and COPD. She is also our Practice Matron, visiting those patients in the Community that are unable to make it to the Surgery. 
Angie Woollard 
Angie is our Health Care Assistant. She takes blood, blood pressure, ECGs and much much more as requested by the Doctors and Nurses. 
District Nursing Team 
The District Nurses provide care and support for patients at home. They can be contacted on 01582 707660. The District Nurse visits the practice daily for messages and to liaise with the doctors. 
We also have a Community Matron, Sara Drummond, who provides ongoing care for patients in their home. 
The Community Midwife 
In co-operation with the doctors, the community midwife provides both ante-natal and post-natal care for mother and baby at the surgery and at home. 
Ante-natal appointments can be booked with reception. 
0-19 Services 
0-19 services are provided by nurses with additional qualifications in child and family health. 
You can discuss with them any issues about the health and well being of yourself, your children and your family. 
The team can give advice on behaviour management , feeding problems, give support for postnatal depression and advice on many other issues. 
The 0-19 team can be contacted on 01582 707627 between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday 
Clinical Psychology and Counselling 
We have a counselling service at the surgery. Please make an appointment with a doctor if you would like to be referred to this service. 
We have a physiotherapist based at the surgery. Physiotherapy can help patients to improve conditions such as back pain and arthritis.
