Grove View Integrated Health and Care Hub in Dunstable will be opening very soon. It looks like organisations will be moving in from May onwards.
West Street Surgery will not be moving their main services into the hub, but our patients won’t miss out.
West Street Surgery as part of Chiltern Hills Primary Care Network (PCN) has also been allocated clinical and meeting room space within the Grove View Health and Care Hub.
Over the upcoming months we will be working with our PCN staff, including our Pharmacists, Health and Wellbeing Coaches and Care Coordinators to develop a range of health screening initiatives, clinics and educational support programmes that will cater for West Street Surgery’s patients in the Hub environment.
Our patients will now see many of the community services that are currently operating in different locations in the town coming together under one roof. This will enable closer working between a range of health and care services – all based on local health needs and priorities for residents.
