Keep track of your health and wellbeing with our Boditrax kiosks
Working in partnership with Boditrax, Central Bedfordshire Council are providing health and wellbeing kiosks across Central Bedfordshire. West Street Surgery are thrilled to announce that we have been chosen to be the first GP Pilot site for one of the kiosks.
What the kiosks can help you do
The Boditrax scanner will provide up to 15 different results in 30 seconds including:
* weight
* fat mass
* muscle mass
* visceral (abdominal) fat level
* metabolic rate
It does this by sending two different electrical frequencies that pass freely through your bare feet. Yes it means that you have to take your shoes and socks off before standing on the sensor plates but we have provided wipes that can be used to clean the plates before you use the machine.
The results of your scan can be sent straight to your phone, all you have to do is download the Boditrax App. You will be able to set goals, track progress, and with access to a range of Active Lifestyle sessions continue to your health.
